Which regions of Turkey are chosen by businessmen and investors?
Most often, foreigners buy real estate in areas that are recognized as the best for investment. The profitability of objects in 2022 here reached 200%. The list includes megacities and large cities of the country: Istanbul, Bursa, Antalya, Izmir, Alanya, Bodrum, Kusadasi, etc. Also, for moving to a permanent place of residence, foreigners choose more comfortable provinces - Northern Cyprus and the Prince's Islands.
Most of Turkey's elite buy housing in Bebek, Vanikoy, Kandilla, Beylerbay, Enikeya, Kuzguncuk, as well as houses in the Anatolian Fortress.

The vast majority of the most expensive areas of Türkiye are located on the first coastline:
- in Istanbul, these are the neighborhoods next to the Bosphorus: Sarier, Besiktas, Kadikey, Bakirkey, Beykoz, Sisli, Adalar;
- Izmir - Cesme district;
- Mugla - Bodrum;
- Antalya - Kas.

The most expensive privately owned mansions in Türkiye
The most expensive houses that have survived from the time of the Ottoman Empire and are in private ownership:
- Muhsinzadeh Mansion (Turkey's Grand Hotel Les Ottomans), built in the 19th century, is valued at $155 million.
- Fethi Ahmet Pasha's mansion in Kuzguncuk, estimated value of $150 million.
- The Tophane Mushiri Zeki Pasha mansion in the Rumeli district of Hisara, built by architect Alexander Vallory in the 19th century. Estimated at 100 million US dollars.
- Tahsin Bey's mansion in Yenikei in 1940 was created from two separate mansions, its length is 80 meters. Estimated cost is $115 million.
- Hasip Pasha's mansion in Berlibeyia, dating back to the 18th century, is considered one of the most beautiful buildings on the Bosphorus, worth about 160 million US dollars.
